The gold seal is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards that lead to safer, more effective medical care.

Our compliance team supports Doctors Memorial Hospital’s values of Integrity & Excellence by ensuring we do the right things in the right ways. Their job is to prevent any illegal or unethical behavior, stop and fix such behavior and respond to concerns and inquiries regarding:
- Fraud, waste or abuse
- Non-compliance with laws, rules and regulations
- Non-compliance with Doctors Memorial Hospital policies under which we operate
- Violations of our Code of Conduct and Business Practice Guide

If you feel comfortable doing so, colleagues are encouraged to resolve issues, whenever possible, by talking with your supervisor, department manager or any member of the Doctors Memorial Hospital executive leadership team.
Callers using the Compliance Helpline may remain anonymous. All information shared will be held in confidence to the fullest extent possible and/or allowed by law. No retribution or retaliatory actions may be taken against a colleague for reporting suspected violations.
